Good Morning Squats

Pull-ups – jumping. Trying to get less jump, and more pull.

Wore a new pair of tall socks today – they were a rockin’ polka dot pattern with some stripe accents. I love them – a gift from JFlood. I think they seriously helped me with my OHS. (Okay and the fact that Mike coached me to stick my butt out more on my way down.) I was able to be in a group with Maggie and Shawn this morning. Man, their arms and shoulders are poppin’. I know CF is more than just about appearances, but they looked hot! They made it through the Front Squats with more ease than I did, but I was glad not to have to kick off a plate when it came to my set.
