I am extremely late posting this WO as we went out of town for vacation Friday afternoon.
Strength training phase continues at CF Hillsboro.
Overhead Squats - 5x10 25#
Dead Hang Cleans - 5x10 45#
Push Press - 5x10 45#
It took me awhile to get comfortable with the OHS. Cleans still need work, but got some coaching from Mike and Chuck and form was getting better.
I am trying not to get down on myself because of my lack of strength. Hopefully I will be able to look back at this blog in a few months and see significant improvement.
