108 lbs. of Almond Butter


Today my training consisted of eating my weight in almond butter and reading Byers’ blog. Reading her blog only reinforced my almond butter gluttony as she recommends eating a lot during strength training. However, she is a tall thin woman so I think my short pear-shaped body might not be as successful with this approach. I’m all over being Paleo today, but need to get back to Zone blocks tomorrow.

I did squeeze in some low-key karate time. Mr. Douglas at NW Kenpo Karate is an excellent instructor and helping me work on my current belt requirements. If anyone is every interested in karate for themselves or kids, Mr. Douglas’ dojo is the place to go.
