Anyhoo.... I wanted a place to log my goals, workouts, and diet... Though this blog won't have the entertainment factor that Byers' site does, it will help me stay honest with my CrossFit journey.

Priorities List for CrossFitters:
- Diet
- Intensity
- Consistency
- Rest/Recovery
- Documentation
My plan for meeting above Priorities:
- Paleo Diet w/Zone Blocks. Goal =12 blocks per day.
- Give 100% at every workout.
- WOD - 3-4x per week, karate 3x per week
- 1-2 rest days per week. Allow rest days during vacations.
- Weigh-in each day, log food each day, take measurements 1x per month. Keep record of times/weights for WODs.
OMG! You are so cool ~ you have a blog and everything! Really nice job, I look forward to reading it. This will keep me going on my documentation, I'm pulling out my notebook today. -Maggie
